Registration Help
How to request access
- On the MySpeechLab home page, click the Educator button under "Register."
- Click I need to request access.
- Select your country.
- Choose the option that best describes your institution (e.g., "Two- or four-year college or university").
- Enter your email address in the fields provided.
- Select Yes, Agree to Terms.
- Fill out the required fields in Step 3, and click Submit. Your request will be submitted to Pearson for validation to ensure your status as an instructor. If your request is approved, an access code will be sent to the email address you provided.
How to register an access code
- On the MySpeechLab home page, click the Educator button under "Register."
- Click "Yes, I have an access code" and click "Next."
- Read the Pearson License Agreement and Privacy Policy and click "I accept."
- Do you have a Pearson Education account?
- If Yes – fill in your username and password. Choosing Yes and using your existing account will allow you to use the same username and password you use for your other Pearson products.
- If No – Create a username and password per the guidelines provided.
- If Not Sure – Enter your email address and click Search.
- Enter your access code and click "Next."
- Check or enter required information in the appropriate fields.
- Review and print your Confirmation and Summary page. A confirmation will also be sent to your email address. Be sure to take note of your username and password—write them down or save them on your computer in a place you will not forget.

Getting Started
How to Sign In
- Return to the MySpeechLab home page.
- Click the "Sign In" button.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click on the "MySpeechLab" link in the "My Places" section.
For Your Students
Please provide your students with the following information to help them register for MySpeechLab:
- Your school's ZIP code
- Your platform - MySpeechLab, MySpeechLab Pegasus, or MySpeechLab CourseCompass
- Textbook information - including author, title, and edition.
- A GradeTracker "Class ID," if you plan to view student progress in GradeTracker. A Class ID will look something like CM123456.

MediaShare
With MediaShare, your students can easily upload videos of their speeches to their MySpeechLab course. You and your students can then view the speeches and provide feedback via time-stamped comments. Learn more about using MediaShare with these helpful guides:
